Plans that include an AI bundle can upgrade only the AI plan by paying the price difference; no discount for moving below the included bundle. 2 months free on annual billing.

Auto top-up (opt-in)

Adds 500 credits for $30. Trigger: balance below 10% of monthly credits.
Spending cap: $90 a month by default; the owner or admin can change it.
Alerts at 80% used, 100% used, each top-up.
Credits are used in this order: plan credits, then bundle credits, then top-up credits.
Plan and bundle credits reset monthly; top-up credits last 12 months.
When credits run out: assistant and drafting pause; AI receptionist falls back to ring group and missed-call text-back.

Who counts as a user?

You pay for each office user (anyone who sees money or the pipeline). Each crew user (Crew role; never sees money) is free. Extra office users are $29 a month.

What are AI credits?

What if I go over my texts or minutes?
